These discounts are available for bookings made with a prepaid non-refundable deposit between Black Friday 2025 and Cyber Monday 2025. The discounted rate is valid for both your party and the opposing party to ensure impartiality, with your party's portion already paid.

Mediation sessions must be scheduled and held by December 31, 2026—which gives you an entire year to use our services at a discount. You can amend the date and/or parties up to two times within 2026, provided there is a minimum of 72 hours’ notice. Even better, any unused value can be applied toward a full-priced mediation after 2026, ensuring your deposit retains value.
