Biography

Nicole Weaver is an experienced attorney and certified mediator known for her practical, client-first approach to legal problem-solving. With a background that spans entertainment, business, and intellectual property law, she offers strategic, personalized legal services designed to help clients protect their work and move forward with confidence.

Her legal insight is grounded in both real-world industry experience and a deep commitment to clear, respectful advocacy. Before founding her firm in 2002, Nicole held legal and executive roles at organizations like Sony Pictures, BMG U.S. Latin, and Gavel Entertainment. A former performer herself, she brings empathy and insider understanding to every case—especially when representing artists, brands, and creatives.

Nicole holds a J.D. from the University of Miami, an MBA from Rollins College, and a B.S. in Communication from Florida State. She is licensed in Florida and California and is a Florida Supreme Court Certified Circuit Civil Mediator.

Active in her profession and community, Nicole is a member of the Orange County Bar Association, the ABA, and the Florida Bar Entertainment & Sports Law Section, where she served as Legislative Chair. She also volunteers with Big Brothers Big Sisters, Great Oaks Village, and Habitat for Humanity.
